Cajah, you haven’t put out any information since the end of 2023. Did you forget about Illur?

The simple answer is no. I haven’t forgotten. I don’t think I could ever forget the book series that started my writing journey.

The long answer is that I have been working on Book 4 off and on the entire time I’ve been quiet. I wrote this book in a different way than the others. While I did outline Book 3, I did an extensive outline for Book 4. I think I always say this, but this is my favorite book.

What?

Yes, I am finished writing Book 4. I’ve moved past developmental editing and line editing. I also completed the paperback formatting. So, this means I need to do a formatted book review and one last proofread to be sure everything looks good. Then, I will send it to my amazing Beta Readers, who have waited way too long to get this book in their hands. Rinse and repeat for the hardcover and eBook.

This means that the last book of the Divine Land of Illur is within months of being published. The feeling in my chest as I write that is indescribable.

I have a tentative publication date of January or February of 2027, but if I can somehow move that date up, I will. Between here and there, I will post about the title of the last book and the beautiful cover design. Of course, I will send it out in the newsletter first, so be sure you have signed up.
